The purple robot uses 3 shaders and colors. The head is a dark purple with an Oren-Nayar-Blinn shader, the legs are a light purple with a Phong shader, and the middle anchor caps of the leg is a red with a Strauss shader. The shader used on the legs is to distingish it from the bottom portion of the model. The caps are shaded a solid red with a strauss to stand out as an accent among the robot's legs and the Oren-Nayar-Blinn shader helps make the cockpit of the robot more futuristic and solid. The contrast of these shaders help to establish a visionary look of the robot and it's different parts as one may imagine
